Q: Is my credit card secure on your website?

A: ABSOLUTELY! We use secure encryption to ensure your credit card and personal information are secure.

 

Q: Is there a minimum to place an order?

A: No. All size orders are accepted.

 

Q: What happens if I receive my order and it’s damaged?

A: Damages must be claimed on the day the package was delivered. A claim will then need to be issued with UPS. DO NOT throw the damaged items away unless otherwise instructed. The procedure may take up to 4 weeks. There is NO guarantee UPS will cover the damages.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We CAN NOT accept returns or exchanges on food items.

 

Q: Do you Ship internationally?

A: Not at this time.

 

Q: I don’t see the shipping charges in my cart?

A: Since UPS shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and your zip code, you must be logged in or registered to see your shipping charges.

 

Q: What other shipping options do I have?

A: We will gladly ship any order within the US and US territories via USPS Priority Mail if requested. This is ideal for small orders between one and 10 pounds. Delivery time is usually 2-3 days but it is not guaranteed. If your order is oversized, you will be contacted regarding additional shipping charges. This may delay the shipping of your order.

 

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders are typically processed within 48hrs. If your order is placed late Friday or on the weekend, it will not ship until Monday OR Tuesday. UPS does not pick up on the weekends.

 

Q: Do you do non-mail order delivery?

A: No. We only ship. Pick up orders are accepted, but must be sent via e-mail or fax at least 48hrs prior to pick up. Should you need an order for same day pick up, please call first and we will try to accommodate you.

 

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Our prices on the website are wholesale prices as we offer our discounted levels to all customers.
